Working at OneWell in the home is very different than a hospital. You have one patient you're caring for, whereas on a hospital floor you may have multiple patients.

A lot of times hospitals may be understaffed, so you might take on even more patients, and there's a lot of stress with that. Working in home care, you have one individual you get to know and become very close with.
