I love working here because I have the opportunity on a daily basis to make a meaningful impact on the families and individuals we serve.

My name is Anthony Netkovick and I'm the director of the behavioral health department. As a board-certified behavior analyst for OneWell's ABA program, a day could look like a combination of supervising clients alongside their ABA therapist, along with different case management responsibilities.

0:30

That includes helping facilitate the intake of new clients and handling scheduling matters with our administrative team.

0:36

For families or clients who have been looking for ABA services for upwards of two years and waiting to receive that service, just seeing how happy they are to finally have something so meaningful that's going to impact their child in a positive way — and how appreciative they are — is really gratifying for me as a professional.

0:53

We all have a similar goal and mission: to provide really high-quality services and also support the staff members and teams supporting those individuals. I've been very impressed that, for such a large agency, so many people are on the same page with the same goals and motivation.

1:15

OneWell has played a huge part in my personal and professional growth. I started here just under a year ago as the director of ABA and have since transitioned into the director of behavioral health.

1:26

When I came to OneWell, we had the goal of establishing a high-quality ABA program, and we've been able to do that successfully. I'm very grateful and honored to have been able to start the ABA services here, and I'm excited about the growth of that program.

1:46

If I were speaking with somebody thinking about applying to be a BCBA at OneWell, I'd say it's a very unique opportunity where you can be part of a small, growing program at a very large agency and really put your imprint on the field and our program in general.
